How it works
A pip is the smallest standard price movement in forex. For most pairs it is 0.0001 (the fourth decimal), while for JPY pairs it is 0.01. The pip value depends on your lot size: a standard lot (1.0) is 100,000 units. For EUR/USD at 1.0 lot, one pip is approximately $10.
